Here’s a brief little video snippet of a session with Jersey’s own J.A.M.E.S. Watts captured by none other than Pixel Mobb. Frank G, James, and Pete Normandia talk about various topics in hip hop, and culture in general, as well as work on new ideas for prospective songs on their upcoming projects.  Stay tuned for the development of these projects, including a series of video trailers and exclusive EP’s.  Below I also included a piece from the ISH Productions U-Stream session with J.A.M.E.S. a couple of weeks ago.

Frank G and J.A.M.E.S Crafting

Last year I had the privilege of working on a film alongside of Directors and friends, Rik Cordero and Nancy Mitchell, on an independent film entitled, “Inside a Change.”  The movie was a huge success and ended up taking home the top prize at the NY Latino International Film Festival, and was named HBO’s Best Picture at the event.  Three 21 Media has finally released the special edition DVD of this film, and is available for purchase here.  In addition, just in case you haven’t seen the song/musical trailer I created with J.A.M.E.S. The other night I payed a visit with my man James Watts to Denise and Shaina of the Don Mamas Radio Show in New Brunswick, NJ on 89.5 WRSU.  For those of you who tuned in, you already know how it went down, but for you who may not have…. I’ll recap by saying the girls, as always, held it down.  Its a pleasure when you deal with real people in this industy (a trait I’ve found to be extremely rare).  We played a bunch of joints, spoke on upcoming plans (a possible upcoming reality tv show??), and broke it down both on-air and off-air.  Much respect to the queens of radio for hosting another professional night…. and make sure to show your face at Club Abyss this Black Friday to support a bunch of Jersey radio stations coming together to host a solid party featuring Funk Flex and Jadakiss.

Recently, GetRightMusic.com & MixtapeWall.com unveiled their “Take Notes” mixtape series.  This joint was a song I originally produced for Rik’s movie Inside A Change ft. Nami Unreal and James Watts.  Good look to Jesse for featuring this, and peace to all the other artists.  You could listen/download the song here or head over to GRM to grab the whole mixtape.
